Overview
A complete re-imagining of a 1970s tropical bungalow on a 6,800 sqft corner plot. We re-routed the floor plan around a new central courtyard, introduced cross-ventilated openings to all bedrooms, and added a separate guest wing for grandparents.
Materials were chosen to age gracefully in the coastal climate: chengal timber screens, lime-washed walls, and a cement-rendered facade that softens with weather.
